* Mantis 1677: Updated console home page license information
* Mantis 1670: Bug Fix] Corrected issue with Filter editor won't save 0 value for voucher amount.
* Mantis 1675: Bug Fix] Corrected issue where Email Log viewer could fail to load.
* Mantis 1676: Bug Fix] Corrected issue where Automated Tasks Email Sender exhausted memory if there were too many queued emails with large attachments.
* Mantis 1669: Updated UI for new event wizard and fixed some issues when not copying everything to the next event.
* Mantis 1677: Updated the Diagnostic Tools found under System Install menu, this will now allow you to see missing modules, or incorrect settings in your mysql server.
* Some other minor UI bug fixes.
