Release notes for version 13.0.5.

This release contains all changes between developer release number 13.0.4 and 13.0.5.
The following changes and or features were added:
- 1741 - Updates styling of Login Button and Send email button to match others. - 1727 - Upgrade Sanitize DB in a few places for some errors found. - 1738 - Introduced a fix where Art Show questions of type PULLDOWN and CHECKBOX caused the form to be unable to save. - 1737 - Fix the List Registrations PDF (It broke, error 500) - 1723 - Added support for Cloud Flare Turnstile for the Captcha Settings - 1722 - Fixed a issue where the automatic task logging hijacked tasks in progress or QR code tasks Additionally upgraded the logic by which it keeps the tasks logged. - 1726 - Remove 4-digit requirement for registration number - 1746 - Upgrade look and feel of new release notification.
