License Center
The Civet Solutions License Center is a customer portal for obtaining Convention Master license files and svn access. Customers can log in to the License Center at https://login.civetsolutions.com/licensing/index.php
Obtaining License Files for CM 10.0.0 or Newer
You can download the license files using the following steps. (*Note that these files should be placed on the server into the "license" folder in the convention master install location.)
- Log in to the License Center.
- In the menu on the left side under the heading "Licenses", click "List Licenses".
- In the table column "License Files", click "Generate License Files".
- A new window will open with download links for the two files. You may also use the generated "wget" commands to pull the files directly onto a server from the License Center.
Obtaining License Files for CM 9.5.0 or Older
You can download the license files using the following steps. (*Note that these files should be placed on the server into the "license" folder in the convention master install location.)
- Log in to the License Center.
- In the menu on the left side under the heading "Licenses", click "List Licenses".
- In the table column "Old 9.x License Files", click each link to download the file (".pem" and ".license").
- Note: If you receive a file called error.txt instead of the license file please contact support.
Resetting SVN Password
- Log in to the License Center.
- In the menu on the left side under the heading "Account", click "Subversion Info".
- You can use the form to change the password for the listed subversion login information.
