   * 1430 - fix logic error causing people to get locked out of existing reg
   * 1611 - Allow left menu multi-open and sort items alphabetically
   * 1644 - Improve Admin-Install Diagnostic Log for post upgrade health checks
   * 1687 - Upgraded UI for badge print fire test
   * 1688 - Upgraded UI for Art Show / Den setup
   * 1689 - Fix for Art Show Licensing
   * 1690 - Fix for Event Grid Licensing
   * 1691 - Updated sanitize DB script.
   * 1692 - Fix theme not changing after 13.x install
   * 1694 - Fixed a bug that caused a crash on older databases when logging in. If the activity table doesn't exist the login fails.
   * 1695 - Upgraded UI for Art Show / Den panels/tables setup.
   * 1696 - Hotfix for new event wizard not completing - Hotfix for Kiosk editor  Fixed issue where the event pull down was seemingly stuck
   * 1697 - Fixed Voucher Apply bug (Vouchers would not apply on a kiosk if you used the apply voucher button, but would apply if you typed the voucher code out)
   * 1701 - Corrected a bug that could sometime lead to not allowing a last name to be set for new users in Kiosks.
   * 1702 - Corrected a bug with the address fields for international addresses
   * 1703 - Corrected a bug with stored procedures not auto-updating (breaking the list registrants page)
   * 1705 - Corrected a bug with badge view links on user profiles for past badges
   * 1706 - **SECURITY PATCH** Updated the linked membership function in Kiosk to not allow legal names to be shown on return visits.
