The following changes and or features were added

Fixes and modifications in this release:

  • Mantis 1465 - Fix, Activities of MultiSchedule type were removed from Available Activities list when dragged in and ended in Person-Already-Busy conflict
  • Mantis 1482 - Bag Stuffing Printing Updates
    • The new cash register supports a bag stuffing cut off date. This date is now settable through the use of this tool.
    • Event specific bag stuffing cut-off dates are now supported.
    • A better help dialog was introduced to give people a lot more information about what bag stuffing is.
    • A Tool has been provided to edit or clear your bag stuffing cut off date.
  • Mantis 1512 - Added button in Sched to hide/show empty resources/rooms (This is in the Iframe version of the schedule)
  • Mantis 1517 - Add payment description for Square payments taken in registration kiosks. This provides more information and uid in the payment details on Square similar to how the Terminal payments work during cash register v2.
  • Mantis 1518 - Removed references to prefered name feature in cash register v2 until the feature is implemented system wide.
  • Mantis 1520 - Fixed UDF filtering where numbers get evaluated as strings on filter system.
  • Mantis 1521 - Updated DB compatibility for user delete and sanitize db script to match current database version 595.
  • Mantis 1522 - Updated installation script to create a new database starting at migration 595.
  • Mantis 1523 - Improved the volunteer hour entry system to allow raw total hour entry quickly.
  • Mantis 1525 - Updated developer code quality tools.
  • Mantis 1527 - Updated developer environment build.
  • Mantis 1529 - Improved file access restrictions.
  • Mantis 1530 - Improved core files.
  • Mantis 1556 & 1558 - CRASH FIX: Fixed a bug with kiosk OTP that when you selected "At con Kiosk Printed Final AUP" or "At Con Kiosk paperless AUP" both would white screen.
  • Mantis 1559 - Fixed Scheduling/Activities Edit dialog Duration slider, that was not updating handle value on load, made it look nicer too.
  • Mantis 1560 - Artshow Close Errors - A bug was discovered that you cannot close an artshow with individuals not having a mailing address on file. This bug has been corrected.
  • Mantis 1560 - Artshow Close Wizard will now log a failure to close into the system log and inform the user that more details about the failure will be available in the system log.
  • Mantis 1561 - Kiosk Timeout Settings - We have now added a kiosk timeout setting on a per-kiosk basis. We have also reduced the complexity of the kiosk timeout system, which will hopefully reduce the amount of kiosk resets customers face.
  • Mantis 1562 - Fix sorting public/draft schedule resources
  • Mantis 1564 - Console Inactivity Timer - Added a setting to global settings and the settings interface that allows you to set how many minutes until the inactivity timer kicks in.
  • Mantis 1564 - Renamed input boxes on CM login for username and password to better support password managers. However this may result in user's stored passwords not being properly retrieved on their first login of new system.
  • Mantis 1566 - Corrected a bug on the whole convention schedule view that would cut off the last day.
  • Mantis 1567 - Improved the HTML formatting of the public schedule link to support embedding.
  • Mantis 1571 - Cash Register v2 now Auto Focuses on the barcode input box to speed up cashier flow.
  • Mantis 1572 - Fixed bug in Cash Register v2 that prevented enrolling all RFID badges with more than one attendee in the cashier cart.
  • Mantis 1576 - Fixed a Freebies quantity issue. If someone has a complicated freebie system, that results in quantities of free items to be added to the customer's cart. Then this can cause issues. So the new system now has a more sophisticated algorithm for the purpose of freebie combinitorics.
  • Mantis 1577 - We have changed the way that the attendees can use their vouchers in Kiosks. This new version makes it easier to see, apply and be reminded that vouchers exist.
  • Mantis 1578 - Mass Email Spam Override - You can now send a mass email to every attendee, by checking the "Ignore Spam Settings" checkbox. It does add to the email "This email message was deemed important enough to ignore spam settings when being sent."
  • Mantis 1582 - Improved admin configuration form of payment gateway keys.
