       Release notes for version 13.0.0.

   This release contains all changes listed below

This is a major release introducing the first phase of the **new Staff Console UI**. The refreshed interface will continue to evolve in future updates as we modernize each module step-by-step.

Highlights


  • Beginnings of the new Staff Console UI
  • New Volunteer Hours Check-In System
  • New Coat Check module introduced
  • Cashier Driver License barcode scanner programming tools
  • Family check-in system in cashier v2 that loads all linked attendees and allows quick adding of children
  • Cashier V2: Dealer, Artshow, Staff and Top Membership ui-strips added to make it easier to know when to give special badges/items.
  • Improved kiosk and OTP login experience (Added Magic Link)
  • Improved view reg profile pages when looking up an attendee
  • Implemented badge RFID system across CM
  • Numerous fixes and stability improvements across multiple modules

  • Fixed issue where people could not be selected in Job Schedules (Z-index)
  • Fixed multiple caching and kiosk OTP issues
  • Fixed Artshow bid sticker printing and improved Activate Bidder tool
  • Fixed schedule creation column errors
  • Fixed cashier agreement collection
  • Fixed “Transfer to Scangun” link colors
  • Fixed RFID badge enrollment settings
  • Fixed duplicate menu expansion issues
  • Fixed automatic logout location loss
  • Fixed year-over-year report devide by zero bug

Programming and UI Improvements


  • Cashbox dialogs upgraded
  • Login and Change Password screen updated for staff console
  • Con Store enhancements, including variable priced items
  • New system setting to use an image as a pre-logon logo
  • Improvements to permission handling and enrollment tools
  • General performance, caching, and UI improvements throughout the system
  • The schedule grid module will now cache the public schedule data for faster load times
  • Improved printer pool selection UI
  • Filter system can optionaly show registrant emails in results when doing certain queries

More UI improvements for modules will continue to roll out in the upcoming 13.x updates.
