HR Module Feature

The point of this module/feature would be to making hiring and volunteering for conventions easier.

Major Features

Data Structure

  • Jobs - This is the job title or position. So there may be none, one, or more than one people who have this job.
    • Title - This would be the position Title.
    • Job Description - This would be a text to talk about what the job entails.
    • Qualifications - A freeform text that would represent a list of job qualifications that may or may not be needed or considered when hiring for this position.
    • Keywords - This would be a series of keywords that are associated with this job title. Maybe things like 'mostly At-Con' or 'Customer service' or 'Highly Technical' with the idea being that for people who don't know where they volunteer they could get a grid of keywords and choose things of interest, and that could be used to filter jobs that they have interest in.
    • Reports To - This would link back to another "Job" so that a Org Chart can be made.
