  • Mantis 1193: Updated what PII is visible by default on some screens and AUP. Added logging for when hidden PII is viewed. See Mantis 1193 notes below. Added parental links to AUP.
  • Mantis 1197: Added account balance to the Applicants listing for Artshow and Dealers Den.
  • Mantis 1198: Corrected bug that cash register didn't properly record cashbox history entries.
  • Mantis 1199: Corrected bug that prevented some Dealers assistants from showing up in some application statuses.
  • Mantis 1201: Added a button and the ability to transfer an entire Artshow/Dealers Den application to a different user.
  • Upgraded Cash register to allow it to record voucher payments using Voucher codes.
  • Fixed bug preventing you from making vouchers that were expiring today/tomorrow.
  • Corrected a bug on the Make Link error handling that would cause a blank screen crash.
  • Deprecated the AUP_FORM.php and put instructions on how to change printer setting if someone did accidentally have the old AUP form in their CM install
  • Added the Template:Aup age statement string replacement to global_functions_generate_simple_tags
  • Added the Template:Registrant all links string replacement to global_functions_generate_simple_tags
  • Added the Template:Registrant parental links string replacement to global_functions_generate_simple_tags
  • Mantis 1193 Notes - Updated what PII is visible by default on some screens and AUP. Added logging for when hidden PII is viewed. Added parental links to AUP. This feature has updated View Reg to add "people" icons. These icons will hide PII such as birthdays, phone numbers, and addresses. When clicked, these will show the PII to the staff user that clicked them and log in the system log that the PII has been accessed. No special permission (besides view reg) is needed to access the PII. Additionally, when someone clicks the Edit Reg function, they have access to this PII and the system will log that that has been clicked too. Lastly, it's important to note that birthdays will show to Cashiers without logging a PII access because that is a critical part of the cashier's job.
  • Added some restrictions on the visibility of PII log entries and security log entries. Now from the view reg screen you can only see PII log entries and other security related log entries if you have the modify logins permission. This should assist with ensuring that only reg leads are able to see the more restricted logs.
  • Updated the AUP's. The AUP no longer shows Address, phone, or date of birth, as that's a potential way to leak PII. Like view reg it now does not show Address or phone number at all. It shows either "over {age_of_maturity} during {event_id}" , "under {age_of_maturity} during {event_id}" or "unknown"

Further, now the AUP's show parental links if there are any, and specify which AUP's they're linked to.

Upgrading

Before starting an upgrade, we recommend that you backup your Convention Master database and files.

To perform the upgrade, run a Subversion update in the folder that contains your Convention Master installation:

$ svn up /path/to/convention_master

When this has completed, log in to the staff console [yoursite.com/console] with an account that has the "Perform DB and System Upgrades" permission to automatically trigger any pending schema updates. DO NOT FORGET THIS STEP, otherwise it will leave your install in a locked upgrade state.

For fuller/more complete information on upgrading your Convention Master installation, please see our upgrade documentation.

If you have any questions or comments, please email us at support@civetsolutions.com.
